Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions procurement professionals, international firms, and government contractors ask before engaging Triad Evolution. If your question is not listed, contact us directly.

General

We work with government contractors, private sector firms, Pakistani SMEs importing internationally, and international organisations entering Pakistan's procurement market. If your requirement involves sourcing, tendering, or procurement execution in a structured or regulated environment, we are likely the right partner.

Yes. Triad Evolution has been registered since 2018 with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), and the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce. We are also GST registered. Full documentation is available upon formal request or for inclusion in tender submissions.

Yes. We regularly support international firms with sourcing coordination, procurement execution, and market entry into Pakistan. International clients engage us to access Pakistan's procurement market, participate in PPRA-governed tenders, and manage supply chains without requiring a physical presence in the country.

Yes. While our office is in Islamabad — which provides direct access to federal ministries and procurement authorities — we support clients and manage engagements across Pakistan and internationally. Most of our international work is conducted remotely with structured reporting.

Services

Both. Our engagements are structured to ensure execution, not just recommendations. We manage the full process — from strategy and planning through to on-ground delivery — and remain accountable throughout. Advisory-only engagements are also available for clients requiring strategic guidance without full execution support.

Yes. We manage the complete procurement lifecycle — supplier identification, RFQ preparation, commercial negotiation, documentation, import coordination, and delivery oversight. Clients engage us precisely because they want one accountable partner across the entire process, not fragmented point advice.

Yes. Advisory sessions are available on an hourly or project basis for clients requiring strategic guidance, market intelligence, or procurement planning support. Advisory retainers are also available for ongoing consultation without execution involvement. Pricing for advisory engagements is available upon request.

Tenders

No — and any firm that guarantees a tender outcome should be approached with caution. What we do guarantee is that your submission will be fully compliant, precisely documented, and competitively structured. Our role is to ensure your bid gives you the strongest possible position within the procurement process.

Yes. We have direct, hands-on experience with PPRA-governed procurement frameworks across federal and provincial levels. We are PPRA registered and have supported bid preparation, compliance structuring, and tender submissions in both government and semi-government procurement environments.

Yes. This is one of our most distinct service offerings. International firms cannot directly participate in PPRA-governed or government tenders without a locally registered representative entity. Triad Evolution — registered since 2018 — can act as your official local representative, managing bid submission, liaison with procuring agencies, and post-award coordination on your behalf. All arrangements are formalised under a signed Local Representative Agreement.

Pricing

Pricing is scoped based on the complexity, regulatory environment, and level of involvement required. Engagements may be structured as fixed-fee projects, monthly retainers, success-linked arrangements, or a combination of these. We do not publish open price lists — a tailored commercial proposal is provided following an initial scoping consultation at no obligation.

We do not impose a formal minimum. However, given the structured nature of our work, engagements are most effective — and most cost-efficient for clients — when they involve a defined scope rather than ad hoc requests. Our scoping process is designed to confirm fit before any commitment is made.

Process

All engagements begin with a brief, no-obligation scoping conversation. You outline your requirement — we confirm scope, recommend the appropriate service structure, and issue a tailored proposal within 48 hours. There is no commitment required until you have reviewed and agreed to the proposal.

For documentation, SOP preparation, and tier-one sourcing assignments, initial deliverables are typically provided within 5–10 business days. Tender preparation timelines depend on submission deadlines and bid complexity and are confirmed at scoping. We are responsive to urgent requirements — flag your timeline when you reach out and we will confirm availability immediately.

All engagements are covered by mutual NDA as standard — not as an optional add-on. We have operated under strict confidentiality requirements throughout our history, including in defense-adjacent and government procurement environments. Client information, project details, and commercial terms are never disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
